Guruprasad S.Kulkarni ( Widely known among friends circle as “Gurubhai”) is the Co-founder and CEO of Laleela Business Machines , the most customer -Centric service and solution providing enterprise .

Guruprasad’s 20+ years of rich domain experience and deep passion for the customer experience , account management ,escalation management sales operations have helped the various customers and the organizations to run their business and achieve their desired IT goals .

Coming from the business family , groomed well in managing sales , operations from early part of childhood helped in having strong business acumen for entrepreneurship. Academics and helping the family business running were always going hand in hand till his graduation .

In his early part of life , he was a radio artist, and played many radio dramas , programs which helped him to groom further to be a writer .

Guruprasad worked for Corporate companies like Zenith Computers , Dell Technologies which helped in building skills around Inside Sales , Sales Coach , Account Manager for acquisition , growth , key , large corporate and Global customers.

He was  a Mentor for  many sales and Non Sales team members in building them true professionals for their success .

For his exemplary performance , he had been awarded with  many awards in Dell like ; Altitude Award , Tiger Team Award and Best Account Manager Awards for various quarters and years .
